I really like your style of work - and you are hands down a better artist than I could ever be. Your art reminds me of a more feminine/darker version of davidwhiteart.com. Using watercolors instead of oil based shows a subtlety and softness which demonstrates that.

That's being said here are some things that I noticed as a laymen:
1. You are refining yourself with every work, and as we all know "practice makes perfect".
2. The clarity of the what you are trying to portray is almost there. But it feels like you diluted or changed directions as you progressed with this piece.
3. The perpective and proportions are a bit off on some areas (eg. nose, chin)
4. There a little bit of lazy eye going on there.
5. Excellent technique with the watercolors in the hair.
6. The quality of the lips caught my attention as well as the eyes.

Overall, when I look at this, I see serious potential. My recommendation to you us to really have a crystal clear vision of what you are trying to portray.
I look forward to seeing your next watercolour and seeing the progression of you as an artist.
